Minimum Order
Do you have a minimum order amount?
- Yes, we have a minimum order amount of $150 on all orders. You may mix n' match styles and product lines. We only sell to retailers as we are a wholesaler. If you are a customer, please visit one of our retailers today for our products.
Shipping
When will my order ship?

Orders ship as soon as product is available. We maintain inventory on some of our most popular styles. If you have specific timeframes, please contact us for the most recent production schedule. If you would like to place orders ahead of time for specific events, dates, please let us know and we will work with you.
How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are typically between 8-10% of the order total. However, some remote locations and small orders may incur additional shipping. If shipping is more than 10%, we will contact you with a freight quote within 48 hours of placing the order.
Where do orders ship from?

We have great shipping rates with Canpar and therefore, the majority of orders ship from Canpar so we can pass these savings on to our retailers. If you are in a location not serviced by Canpar, we utilize Canada Post and again will pass on savings to our customers.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please note the images posted on the website may appear different in colour depending on your monitor settings. We ensure that styles are maintained and colouring is consistent; however, do expect slight variations (as some of our products are handcrafted and therefore, everyone truly is unique).
